Since December 1,  2001 the integral R&D activity of the High Intelligence & Decision Research Group  related to
the application-independent Systemic and Socio-Cognitive Modelling and Simulation for 
Meta-Knowledge Engineering  Intelligent Socio-Cognitive Systems Engineering  and Decision Making
has been shifted from the ING -TISGI section to the new:

 Information about CAMO Competences and  Research * from the meta-systemic intelligent-user oriented perspective. 
The unit integrates systemic application-independent scientific and over-disciplinary technological knowledge (see figure) such as:
Usability and Networked Software Systems Development:  networked systems usability, multimedia  technologies, e-learning systems, data-bases networking, visual interfaces, cognitive ergonomics tools.
Bio-Informatics  and High-Performance Computing:  complex physical processes modelling,  methods and tools for computational sciences and engineering , parallel technologies: advanced computational methods and languages.
Advanced End-user Oriented Software Systems Engineering: modelling and prototyping of complex distributed software systems for industrial and environmental applications and decision-support, modelling and end-user oriented implementations, software systems advanced technologies: AI  technologies, dependability, survivability and software safety, virtual-reality.
Meta-System, High Intelligence and Decision Making:  high intelligence socio-cognitive modelling for managerial decision support systems, meta-knowledge engineering and management: methodologies for modelling of heterogenious supersystems,  modelling of domain-dependent intelligencies (x-intelligence: organizational intelligence, business intelligence, expert intelligence, ...).
 Multi-years experience in numerous domains of technology, organization-human-machine systems and natural sciences.
 Examples of the large spectrum of the past & current application domains of the CAMO knowledge:  Safe-tunel, large critical infrastructures, emergency management, complex software system safety, environment protection, human-errors, organization vulnerability....
