Working hypothesis: Continuous development of new technologies, increasing complexity of the world society and every-day life will require (or just require) the new understanding and reasoning  capacities for situation assessment, choices between risks and hopes, and for individual and networked organization decision-making.


       Long-term research objectives of the HID virtual group:

     -  Intelligence Research for High-Intelligence Building:
        computational modeling of a multipurpose domain independent incremental  high-intelligence unit.

     -  Reinforcement of  Managerial Intelligence (individual and organizational/institutional)

     -  Development of IDSSs ( Intelligent Decision Support Systems ) and  Personal Intelligent
        Advisors  for Industrial, Natural,  Politic and heterogeneous  Risk & Emergency Management.

       Middle-term research objectives

           -  Decisional-Organizational Systems/Networks:  identification of their basic socio-cognitive

                   computational paradigms.

                -  Identification of critical socio-cognitive factors in managerial decision-making ( risks, criteria, ..).

                -  Intelligent Generic Decision-Maker: .Development of a generic cognitive computational model for top-down

                   specialization and simulation (on managerial level).

 - Extended FIM-CAMO seminar stuff. Preliminary study of the Precautionary Principle role in managerial and policy making decisional processes related to the possible hazards,  threats and unexpected consequences of  decisions. The application of the conceptual framework of the TOGA meta-theory is considered as a tool for the modeling of the PP application.
