      1. End-user oriented:

          - personal intelligent advisor, such as: professional and private

          - group advisor/assistant: here we may distinguish a few functional advisors focused on:

            expert knowledge,  cooperation procedures, negotiation or debate moderation,  


       2. Functional range of the support


       3. Software technology involved.
